My Approach to Helping
Inner struggles often result in outward stress and confusion in relationships, parenting, work or school performance, and life enjoyment. It's time for you to step out of the shadows of self-doubt and worry. Therapy can help you feel better about yourself and your relationships, while also providing effective tools for handling challenges. You deserve a fulfilling life that includes feeling good about yourself and enjoying your important relationships.

I have over 14 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. I'm comfortable sharing my knowledge and understanding of mental health issues. That said, I also believe the relationship between a client and therapist is one of the greatest healing tools around. My style is warm, genuine, and interactive.

Having a psychologist's support and guidance is one of the best gifts you can give to yourself and your loved ones. If you're ready to step in that direction, I'm ready to take the journey with you.
