My Approach to Helping

Welcome to my practice! I specialize in the healing of physical and emotional trauma and firmly believe in each person's inherent wisdom and capacity to heal. Like animals in the wild who are threatened on a continual basis, We also have an innate ability to resolve and bounce back from stressful experiences with fluidity and resilience. With patient and skilled guidance, one's own natural healing responses can be restored and the negative effects of trauma resolved, leading to an increased sense of aliveness, spontaneity, calmness, and joy!

I provide a gentle and supportive approach aimed at restoring resilience, self-awareness, and internal balance. My background includes over seven years helping adults, adolescents, couples, and families heal from the negative effects of trauma. I integrate a variety of approaches based on the specific needs and preferences of each person, including Depth-oriented Psychotherapy, Mindfulness-based Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Body-centered Psychotherapy.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation in which you can have a chance to meet me, ask questions, and see if I am indeed the right therapist for you. I look forward to hearing from you!
