My Approach to Helping

I see life as a journey. Sometimes we feel stuck along the way. Sometimes our relationships aren't what we thought they'd be. We all need a little help sorting things out. Some people have had some pretty tough things happen to them and they need help making sense of it. I'm not into blaming. We all make mistakes and we all have been the victim of others bad behavior. I see therapy as a way of helping people get their lives back into focus and moving on the path that leads them towards their personal goals. I've worked in hospitals and correctional programs so I've seen people at their worst, but I've also seen people turn their lives around and work towards being the best they can be.

More Info About My Practice

I'm 60 years old. I have a solo practice located in a suite of offices attached to my home. It's a great healing environment. I've had experiences and specialized training in lots of issues along my life's professional journey. I specialize in marriage and family therapy. I've had lots of great training in working with couples, and I think I'm really good at it. I also work with adults and with teen-agers who are trying to find meaning and focus in their life.
