I understand it takes strength and willingness to share vulnerability in seeking out therapy. Although going it alone no longer feels like an option, I understand revealing yourself takes courage. I hold the trust you place in me with the utmost regard.
In the process of therapy, getting to relief frequently involves giving voice to your darkest thoughts, you most shameful confessions. An atmosphere of acceptance and total confidentiality is the way I have found to make it safe. Therapy can be hard work but quite possibly the most important, life affirming work you ever do.
