My Approach to Helping

Together, we will arrive at a plan, identifying sources of your pain, your goals, and how to work best toward symptom relief. As an individual therapist I hope to engage you in a collaborative exploration of your struggles that will help you become more connected with your feelings and will enable you to live a more fulfilling, purposeful, and authentic life.
I especially enjoy working with relational problems and people who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, intimacy, loss, multicultural issues, life transitions, and other interpersonal difficulties.
