My Approach to Helping
I believe that understanding how your unique history unfolded in the past and understanding how that history is affecting you now is a large part of what helps you to feel better and to make changes in your life. I also believe that being able to express all of your feelings and thoughts in a safe place, over time, is what will help. All people have problems and should not be judged or labeled. I'm committed to helping you in a completely confidential environment and believe that mutual respect and committment is extremely important. I have been trained in psychoanalysis ( 8 years post graduate school); this type of therapy focuses on understanding the unsatisfying patterns of your life. I am committed to helping you understand how these patterns cause unhappiness and to help you change them so you feel
liberated and free to move on in your life with more satisfying results.
