My Approach to Helping
I believe that understanding how each individual's unique history unfolded in the past and understanding how that history is affecting the individual in the present is a large part of what helps one to feel better. I also believe that being able to express all of one's feelings and thoughts in a safe place, over time, is what also heals. All people have problems and should not be judged or labeled. I'm committed to helping my clients in a completely confidential environment and believe that mutual respect and commitment is extremely important.
