My Approach to Helping

The gateway over the oracle at Delphi stated "Know Thyself." There may be parts of yourself that you know too well or wish you didn't know, those parts we feel keep making poor choices or reacting inappropriately. When we get to know and honor these parts, they have an opportunity to transform and bring us gifts we never expected. I believe each person holds within the answers to their lives' questions. Our suffering and our symptoms are here to show us what the soul needs: to heal, to grow and become more of who we truly are and are meant to be. I work with clients in a gentle and supportive manner. We explore the conscious and unconscious parts through dream work, sand play & other experiential modalities.

I weave together Jungian psychotherapy with Internal Family Systems, with a touch of the Wise Woman Herbal Tradition. I am wholistically oriented and support clients in exploring their own personal paths.
