My Approach to Helping
I work with and successfully treat people struggling with eating disorders, identity issues, and self-esteem problems. I work diligently and actively with people to become free from the constraints of their past and present so that they may begin to find peace and a direction that truly fulfills them. I use a combination of coaching, integrated therapies, and unconditional acceptance to help people overcome the barriers that keep them from becoming the person they want and need to be. I have over 12 years of experience providing individual and group therapy.

More Info About My Practice
I believe everyone has the right to get the help they need so I work with a sliding scale. Together we find a fee that works for both of us.
I do not take insurance, but can work as an "out of network provider" if you need. I can give receipts to then issue your insurance company for reimbursement.
My office in the Hayes Valley and parking is easy and plentiful.
I am wheelchair accessible.
