My Approach to Helping
Don't you wish you could get what you want from your partner? Wouldn't it be great if you could be as happy together as you were when you first met?! Maybe you've tried everything you know and things still aren't getting any better. Maybe you think therapy would help but you can't get your mate to come. That's OK! I can show you how one person (You!) can change your relationship. You don't have to feel this bad any longer, and you don't have to go it alone.

I want to help you find out why you're unhappy, and together, we can start to fix it. I'll teach you a simple process to make things better! The people I work with find creative ways to improve their relationships with their mates and their children. There's hope!

As a wife, mother and therapist, I know how hard it can be to talk about tough problems, especially for men. I'm particularly effective in working with my male clients' issues and sensibilities, individually or with a partner. My clients tell me they feel heard, understood & wisely guided.
