WELCOME TO WASATCH FAMILY THERAPY! Compassionate & confidential counseling for individuals, couples, and families. Resolve self-esteem issues, relationship problems, self-defeating behaviors, and make lasting changes in your life! We will guide you through the therapy process in a comfortable atmosphere that will put you at ease, and help you make the changes you desire.
My particularly passionate is helping young adult women smoothly navigate the transition from adolescence to adulthood by developing skills to make healthy life decisions, and to resolve relationship problems, eating disorders, family conflict, depression, anxiety, and past abuse issues.
In my work with couples & families, hundreds of clients have resolved ongoing conflict and have created fulfilling intimate relationships, while developing practical problem solving and communication skills. Although we welcome and respect clients of all faiths, our specialty area is providing therapy for the LDS Community. We look forward to working with you!
