My Approach to Helping
I specialize in perinatal and reproductive health and wellness. In collaboratively working with my clients, I bring a depth-oriented, yet practical approach to my clinical work. I help women explore & adjust to the myriad of transitions that emerge along the motherhood journey, including: identity, work/life balance, and perinatal mood concerns. I also work with women navigating the fertility/family-building journey. Trained in mindfulness, when appropriate, I teach my clients mindfulness-based tools, such as meditation and mindful breathing to help them manage the overwhelming stress of every day life. I am also very attuned to helping clients identity insights and recognize interpersonal patterns that may be contributing to their emotional concerns.

More Info About My Practice
I accept Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna and other forms of PPO insurance.
