My Approach to Helping

Our lives run in two parallel streams: the stream of everyday life, and the stream of deep, inner process. Your body, dreams, relationships, and aspirations provide the map for your personal development. Each person's journey is unique. We will work with whatever issues you bring to session. If you have any body symptoms--pain or illness--we can use Conscious Body to discover inner issues that may support, and even speed, your healing. Another major technique we can employ is called Voice Dialogue and the Psychology of Selves. Jungian in origin, this approach recognizes that all of us are made up of different parts. Accessing these parts helps us know ourselves more fully and helps us make choices in our lives and in our relationships. This simple, yet profound, tool for transformation is a process of pure discovery, full of insight, and it is often fun!
