My Approach to Helping

We are committed to your respectful and compassionate care, and are prepared to assist you as an individual (child, adolescent or adult), couple or family. Our professional, licensed therapists have achieved a master's degree or beyond and are experienced in treating the following challenges and situations: anxiety, depression, grief, loss, life transitions, self-esteem and identity issues, child and adolescent development, trauma recovery, anger issues, couples, families, living with disabilities and personal life coaching.

Our counseling and mental health services are offered to individuals, couples and families from all socio-economic, religious and cultural backgrounds.

Our fees are generally lower than the standard community rate. We accept most insurance companies. Please call for specific inquiries. A sliding fee scale is available for clients with limited resources. Since some services are based on insurance it is our policy to verify all coverage prior to the appointment.
