My Approach to Helping
I specialize in treating women over the age of 12 who struggle with food issues, body image, anxiety, depression, weight, and everyday life stress.

Sometimes our path isn't what we expected. We may face pain, challenging decisions, and change. We may overextend ourselves, trying to be everything to everyone, forgetting our own path. Maybe we're waiting for someone to appear or something to happen that makes us feel good once and for all.

More Info About My Practice
When you consider therapy, you're finally ready for things to be different, to begin taking better care of yourself, to see new possibilities, to discover and listen to your own voice, and to fully embrace life. Bravo to you for this decision! I honor your choice by helping you work toward making the changes you desire.

I bring over two decades of experience to therapy, using an interactive, affirming, and gentle?yet-direct style. If you're comfortable doing so, we can incorporate music, guided imagery, art, reading, and journaling to help you explore. You and I are a strong team on your path to recovery.
