My Approach to Helping
I strive to understand and meet the unique needs of all my clients in a safe and nurturing environment. Through my past experiences, the relationship between the client and the therapist is the key to success. My goal is to ensure I'm the right therapist for you by answering all your questions and explaining the counseling process. I am a strong advocate for my clients and am committed to helping them achieve their goals.

I have over nine years experience working with individuals and families in trauma related cases. Past clients have commented on how they appreciated the extra effort of collaborating with the other parties involved, providing education when necessary and feeling supported throughout the process.

Peer support groups are an instrumental tool in the healing and growth process. Ask about our group opportunities?

My primary office hours are Saturdays and evenings by appointment. Free street parking is available. Call me at 312-259-6522 for a free consultation.
