I graduated with a Master's Degree in Counseling/Psychology from Illinois Benedictine College. I work with issues of relationship building, depression, anxiety and stress management. I have experence helping people live beyond the limitations of childhood abuse and other traumatic experiences." I also help with issues of addiction. I am a certified addictions counselor and have helped people that have family members or close friends that are dealing with addictions to learn to live their lives beyond the addiction.
