My Approach to Helping
I have been helping people in Denver for many over 30 years but never have I stopped learning from others. Every person is unique and view their circumstances differently. At our practice one size (treatment) does not fit everybody. We fit the approach of treatment to you. Not the reverse.

Everyone needs assistance sometime in his/her life. It's not a weakness but a sign of strength to know your strengths and weaknesses. In most cases it is not necessary to commit months and years to counseling because many people respond in a few sessions. A wise person once said the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Does this describe part of your life. It does mine in some aspects of dieting and exercise.

If our approach sounds interesting to you please call (303-753-9258)or email me (Shrink1324@gmail.com for an initial complimentary meeting to see if you feel comfortable with me or one of my Associates.
