My Approach to Helping

I help people to understand themselves and the problems causing their distress. I facilitate awareness of emotions, behaviors and relationships in order for individuals to make positive changes and reduce suffering. I work with many different issues including adults struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship problems and difficult life transitions.My approach within the therapy relationship is to listen carefully and compassionately giving thoughtful, helpful feedback. I offer professional insight while creating a supportive and safe environment in which to grow and develop fuller lives.
