My Approach to Helping

Deciding to start therapy can be a difficult decision. We can sometimes get so wrapped up in life, with dead lines, children, time, and money we forget how to live with ourselves. We pressure ourselves to get better, to be better.

My goal is to support and encourage you to explore, to find solidity. I will use my therapeutic experience to guide you, stopping along the way to question what happened. I will assist you in tolerating the parts of ourselves want to dismiss or forget. Through therapy, we begin the process of putting together the pieces, learning that we can change.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents and adults in individual and group settings. I work with you to collectively experience, understand and challenge thoughts and behaviors that have become useless and interfere with our lives. I use an integrative approach applicable to youth development, feeling stuck, and righting past wrongs in our life.
