My Approach to Helping
This may be the most difficult time in human history to raise a child. How do we keep up with all of the new challenges, opportunities and dangers? How do we give our children all that they will need so they can prosper, love and grow in this rapidly changing world? If you are looking for answers to these questions and more, I can help.

I am a family therapist, meaning, I look at people's struggles as relational (to self or other) rather than as a defect in a person. I employ a strength based approach to therapy focusing on strengths and resources to help unleash potential for positive change.

All people are unique and struggle with different issues but ultimately we are(almost)all looking for acceptance, belonging and significance. When we learn how to get these needs met in our relationships (to self and other) we thrive.
