My Approach to Helping

I believe that within all of my clients they have the source of their answers and the strength they need to get to their goal. I see my work like a light house. Those lost or confused see the light that guides them to where they want to go however, they must drive themselves there by Choice. I feel that I offer my creative processes to my work and that my conversational style coupled with a safe environment helps people make healthy non judgmental contact and thus they learn how to make healthier choices, relationships an decision in their futures. I work with the systemic and experiential models to attain these goals in the work with my clients.

I accept most major insurances and also offer supervision to MFTS in need of supervision both pre and post licensure.

I also offer workshops in creativity, women's and couples retreats.

Offering special classes for families to stop bullying within our children's lives.
