My Approach to Helping

My approach to helping people is simple. I do what works. This is based on my philosophy that people have all that they need and "problems" arise when they do not have access to these resources. With one or a combination of my techniques, I am able to reveal to my clients that their problems are simply the result of a particular point of view. At the same time we collaborate and develop new points of view from which the client is able to solve the "problem" and move forward with their personal development. This process, while overly simplified here, works for depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, loss, chronic pain, and more...

More Info About My Practice

While unusual and to some sounding trite, I offer a money back guarantee: If at any time during our work together you are not satisfied with the quality of our work together, I will refund my fees to date. I offer this guarantee because I firmly believe that it is my responsibility to ensure that you are getting your money's worth. I also believe that this is especially important in the mental health field and incidentally because of the economic times we are in.
