My Approach to Helping
Losses and other challenging circumstances offer us an opportunity to learn more about ourselves, develop effective coping skills and experience personal growth.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I utilize an eclectic approach tailored to the specific needs of each client in order to facilitate his or her personal development and enhancement. I specialize in treating people who are coping with depression and anxiety, relationship issues and health concerns.
