My Approach to Helping
You don't have to go through this alone.
Let's face it- being a woman can be very difficult at times. You're struggling and overwhelmed with the challenges of everyday life. On the outside, everyone thinks you've got it all together but inside you are feeling out of control. You're stressed out and tired all of the time. Perhaps you're not sleeping well, eating too much or too little? And you're just tired of doing it all on your own.
Changes happen and life is so uncertain.
Many things come our way such death, divorce, career change, moving, illness and more. And we are not always prepared to deal with them effectively, nor were you taught when you were growing up.
It feels so overwhelming and hopeless at times. You feel you don't know who you are anymore. Maybe you have had children and feel like you've lost yourself along the way. It is very common to feel like that.
You feel like you take care of everyone else but yourself. And you've stopped taking care of yourself. You stopped doing the things you know will help you feel better like exercising, eating healthy or getting enough sleep. It's hard to find that balance between doing what you have to do and having time for yourself. You're finding it hard to juggle it all. The things that are most important like your happiness and well-being fall to the wayside.
You can't be present in the moment or enjoy the life you have because you are so busy multi-tasking or checking your phone.
And no matter what you do you always feel guilty and stuck.
