My Approach to Helping

Let's face it...relationships are hard! They can be difficult to understand and deal with. The constant fighting, lack of passion, and communication issues have taken their toll on you. But you decide not to give up. You can't after all you've been through. But what do you do now? I offer a comfortable environment where you feel at ease exploring the lonliness, heartbreak, and disconnection that has overtaken your relationship. I come along side you and your partner and work through healing the relationship and bringing back the passion and love that you had once before.

I am trained specifically in relational therapy. I will help guide you in ways that can benefit you. I also have extensive experience in working with teenagers. If your teen is facing any of the following issues: depression, drugs/alcohol abuse, dating, bullying, cutting, school issues and self-esteem problems, then call me. I can help!
