My Approach to Helping
As we have all navigated the complexities of our unique environments as children and adults, we have found our best and most creative ways of surviving and thriving. This has required many of us to accept and accentuate certain aspects of ourselves, and to hide or shut off others. It is the hidden and silenced parts of us that often lead to a sense of being stuck, or they begin to create loud internal noise or wreak havoc in our lives in order to be heard.

From the time we were born, our minds have literally been wired through our relational experiences. What was formed in these relationships is also healed in relationship. When we feel safe, we can begin to be curious about ourselves in ways we may not have the chance to be in other places in our lives. We can begin to invite all aspects of ourselves into relationship, freeing us to create the lives we are longing for.

More Info About My Practice
Regular sessions are 50 minutes in length, and my fee is $100 per session.

Initial consultation session: This gives us time to meet and discuss the issues that bring you into therapy as well as to discuss any questions you might have of me or the therapeutic process.
