My Approach to Helping
My approach to psychotherapy is based on the unique life history, experiences, and personal beliefs of the client. Treatment interventions are as individual as the client. It is my intention to meet the client wherever they are in their process and help them reach their goals, whether it is targeting a specific behavior using brief therapy, or exploring deeper issues impacting relationships and overall well-being in longer-term therapy. By providing a warm and non-judgmental environment, clients gain the support, insight, confidence and skills to speak openly about concerns and move toward a healthier way of life.

Making the decision to seek therapy can be scary, but if you've made it this far, it's probably not as bad as what you are struggling with in your life. Take one more step toward health, we can take the next together.
