My Approach to Helping
I believe people must be willing to work on thier issues in order to see change. One cannot merely do what the therapist prescibes. They must want to do it. It is a change of mindset. People have the power to change. I take a faith based approach at tackling life's problems and issues for a longer lasting result.

My Role as a Therapist

I believe I can be used as a tool to help a client get on the road to healing. They are there to do the work and I help facilitate change and encourage further exploration of thier hurts and hangups.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

I personally have dealt with addiction in my past and have overcome it through a lot of hard work, accountability and trust in God. Without these, I believe recovery are very difficult.
