My Approach to Helping

I believe that all human beings whether children or adults, have within them the capabilities to reconstruct fullfilling, healthy relationships with themselves and others. My therapeutic approach when working with my clients is to treat each client as unique with insights into their problems. I do not to assume I know what is best for them.
I let them know that we will journey together. I will guide them along the way, reinforceing their strengths, we will work together learning new skills and tools. I will honor their individuality, and the trust we build together.
