RiverBend-Counseling is a full-service therapy practice offering a comprehensive range of services. We provide Individual, Family, Couples and Group Counseling in New Braunfels, Texas. Our clients are adults, adolescents and children. As practical, interactive, solution-focused therapists, our treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. With sensitivity and compassion, We help clients find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues. Blending conventional and alternatives approaches, we draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. We work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals.

We are committed to supporting the OCD Spectrum impacted community. This includes those suffering, parents and other caregivers. Our monthly Support Group is no-cost. We also offer a weekly Anger Management Group and an 8 week Couples Workshop, "The Journey and Beyond".

 

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy

The individual goals of the person determines duration of treatment. We work in tandem with people to determine when goals have been reached.

Groups I Work With
River Bend Counseling has ongoing Anger Management Groups for adults. Our twelve week format covers how to reduce anger, solve longstanding causes and learn new ways to resolve conflict. A new class forms each month. Call 830-515-8480 for your introductory private session.
