Personal growth work, whether it's self-improvement, family communications, or work relations, leads to better connections and better times. We discover deeper sides of ourselves and a store of wisdom we don't always recognize we have. In counseling others, I offer 35 years experience and a straightforward approach. along with a free 20-minute consultation, for discussing personal concerns.

The counseling method I use is personal, interactive and well-researched; it respects what is already working and catalyzes efforts where clients feel challenged. Most describe my work as sensitive, yet incisive and direct. It's an active, empowering process.

I have two Seattle locations:
Downtown, in Pioneer Square; and Green Lake.

Fees are set affordably, by percentage of income, and cap at $135/hour, for individual and $155 for couples; I offer a 10% discount , and over-time is $25 per quarter hour. Fees are due at time of service. Insurance companies that recognize "out-of-network" providers will reimburse most of the fee.
