My Approach to Helping
I am a licensed mental health counselor providing adult psychotherapy in my West Seattle office. I have been in practice for over 30 years. My work and training have involved a diverse population of individuals and a broad range of clinical issues, affording me a rich insight into life's gifts and challenges. I work with both acute and long-term issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief and stress. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental setting in which we may address your concerns.
