My Approach to Helping

Sometimes talking to someone who isn't involved in your life can help put things in perspective and help you see things in a new light, or find solutions to the things that are getting in the way of your finding meaning and purpose. Or maybe you just need a listening ear. I believe that therapy can help, or I wouldn't be doing it. I love what I do and I believe in it.

Come in to see me for a free consultation and we can talk about what's bothering you. My fees are affordable and flexible, loosely based on your income, and can range from $40-$120 per session. If you can't afford $40, please talk to me about it and I'll work with you to figure out something that does work. Therapy should not only be for the well-funded.

Have a look at my website and get in touch with me when you're ready to move from stressed and overwhelmed to a more peaceful place.
