My Approach to Helping
One important concept of my counseling method is that there is nothing wrong with you. It is not our work to fix or change you. You do not "need" or have to change. Accepting this may be the biggest challenge you face in your life. It is from this place of true authenticity that transformation can happen in your life. You can grow and change while also not liking yourself. To transform you must love and accept who you are and treat those around you with the same love and acceptance.

I can guarantee you an honest and open communication. I work with you in the moment, communicating openly and honestly according to the belief that change happens in the moment. It is both your responsibility and your honor to decide what it is that you need. I offer you an environment free from judgment, intense listening, and guidance towards transformation in your life.
