If you are feeling depressed, angry, stressed, confused, feeling hopeless or helpless, or having difficulty with issues that persist no matter what you try, please give me a call. I use a variety of approaches that can help individuals, couples and families understand each other and find new ways to communicate and negotiate solutions.
I use approaches that can help you figure out why you feel unsatisfied, and how to rebuild new and more constructive ways to get through issues. I use visualization, gestalt, voice dialogue, hypnosis, psychodrama, cognitive behavioral therapy, and direct communication I/feeling statements, and others.
