My Approach to Helping

I am a Marriage and Family therapist with over 12 years of experience. I work with people to help them find resolution to their concern by finding strengths within themselves that they can apply to their daily lives. The person, family or couple will be able to enhance their choice making abilities, communication and relationships in order to enrich who they are by exploring barriers that keep them from moving forward in their lives. I also work with children & adolescents through play therapy in order to address family concerns, anger, school issues and feelings. They will learn healthier ways to express their feelings & communicate their concerns. I work from a systemic and humanistic perspective that creates a comfortable and empathic environment were the person feels heard, understood, supported and acknowledged. I assist the person, family or couple address life issues by finding resolution to concerns that may create barriers.
