My Approach to Helping
I help women who feel controlled by food. Disordered eating is a way of coping with feelings. When we eat compulsively we are really just trying to take care of those feelings in the best way we know at the time. Together, we will begin to look at what those feelings are and to process them in healthy ways so that the disordered eating becomes an unnecessary coping mechanism.
