My Approach to Helping
I love to work with women who struggle with self-control, self-esteem, anger, worry, guilt, fear or depression. If you ever feel out of control with your emotions, behaviors, eating, parenting, family, relationships or your life -- I can help. Call or email me to get started.

Through honest discussion, positive support and psychoeducation, I help clients overcome negative and anxious thoughts, control anger, reduce feelings of depression and hopelessness and regain a sense of control and power over life.

More Info About My Practice
