My Approach to Helping
I strive to provide a warm, comforting, authentic atmosphere that allows the space for self-reflection and change. I provide private, confidential, professional therapy for high-profile clients. My approach blends well-tested methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, and bibliotherapy with holistic methods such as meditation, mindfulness, and/or hypnotherapy. This provides a unique, personalized style that shifts to harmonize with the individual or couple.

My overall model is as follows: Insight + Caring + Skills + Practice = Change. I blend insight, with caring and support while providing new skills or tools you can use, so that you can create greater personal change and relationships satisfaction.
