My Approach to Helping

Everyone deserves a space in their life where they are treated with compassion and respect. At Threads Counseling, I work to provide this space so safe healing and growth can occur.

At Threads Counseling I focus on working with teens and adults. I draw on a variety of methods including person centered, existential, and solution focused therapy. I enjoy incorporating artwork and metaphor into my work.

I believe that each of us is an essential piece of the world community. Together, our individual threads create a beautiful tapestry.
