My Approach to Helping

"Many people seek therapy because of life's everyday difficulties. I believe people all ready have the strengths and resources needed to improve their quality of life. I enjoy working with couples families, adolescents, and children.I am trained in brief therapy which allows my clients to seek therapy and move on. I believe my clients know themselves best so I maintain a strong focus on what they feel is of importance.I make it a point to start each session by asking the client how they would like to spend their time in session. This allows each client the freedom to talk about what they find most helpful.
