My Approach to Helping

The Blue Iris flower has been incorporated into our name to symbolize several elements that we believe contribute to health and wellbeing. The Blue Iris is a symbol of hope and faith; the color blue represents calmness and relaxation; and, flowers symbolize for us that life changes and is impermanent. Thus, all we have is this moment for which we need to be fully aware, fully awake, and fully present to engage life regardless of the challenges.

In promoting health and wellbeing for our patients, we believe that the life struggles they are faced with arise out of interactions with one's environment as well as the significant relationships in their lives. As such, we strive to provide an atmosphere that is connected through supportive, respectful and confidential interactions.
