My Approach to Helping
I enjoy supporting people in finding passion, purpose, happiness, peace and serenity.

I help people restore balance to their lives with either, or both, of the following:

Psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families
Neurofeedback, or EEG Biofeedback

I particularly enjoy working with those struggling to overcome substance abuse and addiction of any kind (food, love, exercise, gambling, etc). If you want support in your journey of recovery or need help with craving management, I can help.

More Info About My Practice
Neurofeedback is an advanced, safe way to regulate brainwave activity. Alone, or in conjunction with traditional psychotherapy, neurofeedback helps to reduce the presence of abnormal brainwaves that create too much or too little arousal in the mind and body. This irregular brain activity manifests itself as problematic symptoms like migraines, anxiety, depression, etc. As an example, under-arousal might contribute to depression and over-arousal might contribute to migraines or anxiety. Neurofeedback is also excellent at increasing the brain's ability to cope with trauma. It allows the brain to repair the negative impact of trauma that can cause such things as nightmares, a heightened startle response and intrusive thoughts of the past.
