My Approach to Helping

I have a strong passion to provide my clients with all of the help, support, and guidance that they need to get through life's challenges and to gain a deeper understanding of how they view their self, world, and others. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my client's individual needs to help attain the personal growth they're striving for.

My session fee is $120 per hour. I am currently contracted with Aetna, and I accept all PPO plans as an out-of-network provider. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
