My Approach to Helping

In addition to being a licensed psychotherapist, I am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner & certified senior Addictions Counselor. I have certifications in EMDR, Gestalt therapy & have been training in the Diamond Approach for the past 13 years and am currently in the teacher training program. I am adjunct faculty in the Contemplative & Transpersonal Graduate Psychotherapy programs at Naropa University, and have assisted in professional trauma-resolution trainings in Boulder & Israel. I have also provided consultation & clinical supervision for therapists and various agencies & hospitals in the Boulder/Denver area. I work with individuals, couples & groups and provide clinical supervision & consultation.

One of my specialties is trauma therapy. I offer an INTEGRATIVE and HOLISTIC approach to healing that helps transform trauma and intense experiences, enabling people to find RELIEF, RENEWAL and new depths of ENJOYMENT in living.

I work with a wide array of issues including trauma, abuse, cross-cultural issues, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, life transitions, relationships and simply helping people get out of their own way to live richer and more fulfilling lives.
