Life's difficult! After 34 years of marriage and raising children, I understand this first hand. Life's also difficult in the workplace. Having worked as a clinician and at the highest levels of local and national organizations, I've encountered problems that I never imagined when I received my doctorate degree and entered the workforce in 1982. Frankly, I've "been there and done that" when it comes to solving many difficult individual and interpersonal problems.
