Within each of us is the wisdom and the urge to grow into our full potential. Sometimes life circumstances can overwhelm our nervous systems, causing emotional injury that, when left untended, can adversely affect our self esteem, our current relationships, and even our work. With the cultivation of mindfulness, the use of our imaginations with the guidance of an empathetic, knowledgeable psychotherapist, we can heal from past emotional injuries, reconnect with our true selves, and experience coherence and resilience in meeting life's challenges.
More Info About My Practice
I work with individuals, couple, families and adolescents providing short-term and long-term psychotherapy to transform symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, grief, loneliness, anger, helplessness, and confusion into joy, acceptance, compassion, empathy, and a sense of aliveness.
I am not on most insurance panels. However, I am happy to provide receipts so that you can be reimbursed by your insurance company on request.
I also facilitate art therapy groups, in-service trainings, provide supervision for art therapy interns, and offer consultation on request.
I am happy to offer you a free half-hour telephone consultation if you interested in learning more about my psychotherapy services and my fees.
