My style is relaxed and compassionate, yet often direct and encouraging.
Through our work together, people are able to discover solutions to problems that lead to deeper understanding, more fulfilling relationships, work through the challenges of post-divorce transition and co-parenting, increase confidence and sense of self, effectively manage stress and difficult emotions, and begin to lead a healthier life.
