My Approach to Helping
I value each person that I work with it as an honor that they chose to share their lives with me. My goal with everyone is to provide services that facilitate an improved level of functioning and contentment in their lives. My style as a clinician is relaxed. Our sessions should be a positive interaction, even if we are discussing difficult issues. Whether a therapist or a coach, my sessions tend to have more of a feeling of two people relaxing in my living room and having a conversation. It is my job to make you comfortable and safe so that we can resolve the issues that have brought you. I do not sit back quietly, but instead engage with you to create movement and change towards a positive outcome.
