My Approach to Helping
I believe that growth and change can occur in the context of a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship between myself and my clients. I draw on a variety of approaches and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful to each client. My style is interactive, direct, collaborative, and empathic. I offer a practical, sensitive, and flexible approach to help my clients better understand themselves, transform unhealthy patterns, overcome barriers, and increase feelings of well-being. Ultimately, I seek to help people move from surviving to thriving.
